Gypcraft have always pursued the mission of raising awareness of mental health, aiming to reduce the stigma associated with it and better support workforce wellbeing.

By adhering to National Mental Health Awareness campaigns, providing confidential EAP and bespoke counselling and coaching, and ensuring there are mental health first aiders available, we aimed to promote this worthwhile cause.

Nonetheless, we acknowledged that the Construction Industry faces substantial peculiar challenges regarding the mental health of those who operate in a construction environment, employees and contractors alike. They and their families may be left behind and lack tailored care.

“It is time to change, time to talk”.

We will be aiding the Lighthouse Club to provide a vast range of support resources for our construction community, including their 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline and complementary app and their free wellbeing and mental health training.

This way, Lighthouse Club can continue to deliver the emergency financial and emotional support that our construction workforce and their families so desperately need.
