Every single working day in UK and Ireland, 2 construction workers take their own life

The suicide rate in the Construction Industry is three times higher than the national average. This must change, and we need act now.

We believe in our people and are committed to protecting their Mental Health, so much so that in 2018 we identified the need for a confidential bespoke counselling service to be added to our EAP for any of our colleagues that felt they needed it.

For anyone in distress Susie Flashman Jarvis has been a phone call away. This intervention contributed to help several colleagues going through hard times.
